Lemon Ricotta Cake

Don’t you hate it when you make something and forget to write down which recipe you used for reference and how you changed it?

Well this is exactly what happened here.

It has been a while since I made it, but I remember this being one of the best cakes of my life! So moist and I didn’t feel guilty about having it for breakfast because ricotta has protein!
